Here's a great chia porridge recipe for great gut health and happy bellies. Enjoy! Serves 1 2 tbs chia seeds 2 tbs dried coconut milk powder 2 tbs psyllium husks 1 banana or pear, chopped 1tbs honey ¼ tsp cinnamon Add all in ingredients in a saucepan. Then stir in 2 cups of hot water. Bring to a simmer on medium heat for few minutes as, stirring gently. Once your porridge becomes a smooth desirable consistency, remove and serve.
