Ron Saleh – Massage Therapist | Injury Rehabilitation
Dry Needling | Acute & Chronic Injuries | Postural Dysfunctions | Corrective Movement
Ron has over 20 years experience as a massage therapist, trained breath-worker and movement therapist. He holds diplomas in advanced remedial, sports and clinical massage. Ron also completed advanced studies in other soft tissue therapies and nutrition.
His unique style crosses multiple modalities, making him far from your traditional massage therapist. With a firm belief that symptoms are a great indicator but rarely the real problem, he looks to fine tune your body to treat the cause.
If you have poor posture, Ron can help to align your body for better movement. He is very experienced at rehabilitating a range of problems including sports injuries, post surgery and age related degeneration. His biggest passion is treating people with chronic aches and pains, who have been suffering for a long time, thinking they can’t be helped.
When Ron treats your body he may use a wide range of techniques, including dry needling, massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release, acupressure, meridian point release, breathing exercises and anything else from his experience that will help you in that moment.
He also incorporates corrective movement to improve mobility, stability and strength. Specific breathing techniques help to strengthen the diaphragm, improve postural stabilisation and increase lung capacity.
If is it appropriate for you, Ron also offers handy techniques to manage daily stress, anxiety and mild forms of depression.
When Ron’s not working, he enjoys the outdoors, road trips, yoga, keeping fit (most of the time) and good food with friends and family.
