Update: Unfortunately, Daniela is currently overbooked and not taking on new clients. Therefore you won’t find appointments with her in our online booking system. If you are an existing client or have a particular reason why you think she should still see you, please email or call us.

We highly recommend our nutritionist Nina for holistic health support and nutrition advice, our osteopath Rosie for all musculoskeletal problems, our other two massage therapists Ron or Fei for massage and our acupuncturist Peter for acupuncture.

Thank you for understanding!

As the owner of tonika health, Daniela is proud to have created a professional, sustainable and ethical practice with a sensational team of practitioners. She is realistic, direct and caring. What truly makes her tick are the amazing improvements she can achieve for people, often in a short time.

Daniela combines over 15 years of clinical experience in naturopathy, sports therapy, nutrition and different massage styles with genuine care, a good dash of common sense and intelligent advice. As a sought after massage therapist, she is gifted at treating neck pain, and foot and hand problems. Her naturopathic passion is digestive health, which in itself has far reaching effects on energy, mood, mental health, allergies and your general being well. Daniela is focused on building resilience in your health and takes a strong stance against over-diagnosis, over-prescribing and any kind of unnecessarily complicated or restrictive diets.

In another life, Daniela was a successful producer of animal documentaries and travel shows for TV all over the world until being headhunted as a senior executive for a German national broadcaster. But after 15 years of hectic media life, she surrendered to chronic stress and burnout. A sabbatical in Australia followed, which lead to making Sydney her home – and a new life centered on natural health.

Above all, Daniela loves to make a difference: to people, to animals, and – if possible – the world. She brings this passion into everything she does. For instance, her experience as a successful 100, 200 and 400m sprinter helps in her work with both elite and casual athletes. As a lecturer, her students love her ability to inspire and break down complicated topics into memorable images.

Daniela is a licensed volunteer wildlife carer with WIRES, the Wildlife Information Rescue and Education Service NSW, and an animal observation volunteer at Taronga Conservation Society. And in her spare time you might spot her walking her two cheeky rescue dingoes.

Daniela is proud to have created a beautiful practice that is honest and friendly, where you can heal, feel better, address anything from niggles to longstanding problems. Basically our goal for you is to become able to better do the things you love, which really matter to you. You’ll appreciate the no-nonsense approach and the genuine care for you that Daniela has made tonika health’s signature style.
